FM Group recently undertook an Refurbishment of factory unit in Basildon. The 80,000 foot warehouse unit and external facade along with surrounding grounds were required to be repainted, both internally and externally.
The project specification included:
- Repainting of RSJ’s and purling bars & Painting of new metal external staircase primed and painted using Dulux Metalshield.
- Painting of external corrugated metalwork, primed and painted using Dulux Metalshield
- Thermoguard intumescent paint application on lift legs
- Dulux Weathershield masonry paint on Concrete kerb
- Staircase primed and painted using Dulux Metalshield
