Are you responsible for the maintenance of grounds or communal areas? FM Group can help you
with all of your needs. All our staff are trained and wear FM Group uniform.  Rest assured that we are
licenced waste carriers and have public liability insurance.

Maintenance schedules are based on either 36 or 22 visits per year. Weekly maintenance runs
from April-October then tri-weekly November-December and once every 4 weeks from January-March.

Bi-weekly runs from April-October then tri-weekly November-December and once every 4 weeks January-March.
During our visits we will ensure that the entire garden is maintained to a high standard year-round.

We have developed our own training programme to ensure that all staff have good knowledge on
horticultural practices. We pride ourselves on being top quality gardeners and always taking close
attention to detail. We always use initiative and forward thinking to ensure that your garden looks great year round.
